Course Descriptions
Refuse To Be A Victim (NRA certified course)
This four hour course covers subjects such as the psychology of criminal predators, mental preparedness, home, physical, and automobile security, travel and tehnological security, self-defense physical training, and personal protection devices. We can further tailor the program to suit the needs of parents and children, college students, senior citizens and those with disabilities, and those who worry about domestic violence and stalking.
Home and Personal Security
This course provides you with the basic skills and habits you need to develop in order to keep yourself safe at home and out.
Escape and Live – Practical Self Defense
You don't have to be big, or even strong, to fight off an attacker when you're unarmed and alone. This course will teach you a handful of very simple moves which will stop an attacker long enough for you to get away. This is NOT a martial arts course, but builds on your body's natural instincts and startle response. This course is best taken with a partner or small group so you can have someone to practice with after the course, but can just as easily be taken alone. Men, women, and teens are encouraged to take this course, and we often see entire families participating in the exercises together.
Personal Safety At Work
From storms, to identity theft, from terrorism, to active shooters, our workplace has never been so dangerous. This course will teach you strategies to keep yourself safe at work, and deal with almost any situation that might arise – including getting home.
What To Do If Your Identity Is Stolen
One in five adults active online have had their identity stolen. No matter how careful you are, you may find your identity stolen. Whether by hackers targeting a database, or an opportune thief stealing your credit card number, you'll learn how to recognize if you're identity has been stolen and what, exactly, to do about it.
Rolling Security – Safety & Awareness On The Road
Some criminals target people in vehicles, whether as a carjacking, kidnapping, or for insurance money by causing you to get in an accident. We cover several ways you can recognize the situation before it happens, how to avoid it, and the one trick that'll cut your vulnerability by nearly 70%.
Hotel Safety
Specially designed for frequent travelers, or business people stopping over in the Milwaukee area, this one-hour course is shorter than a business lunch and costs less, too. We train you in the basics of how to ensure your safety while at a hotel, with topics ranging from protecting your personal information to reducing the likelihood you'll be a victim of a rising number of burglars and intruders preying upon temporary citizens in their city.
